If I've learned anything from my mentor Michael Scott, who managed the Scranton Branch of Dunder Mifflin Paper Company for many years, it is this: there exists really on 2 emotions, love and hate. Either you love me, or you hate me.

I learned so much from Michael by watching his career on that historical documentary The Office. Literally, everything I need to know about business I learned from that documentary. He taught me that running a company is not about the bottom line... it's about people, it's about relationship!!! That's what everyone remembers at the end of their careers, are the great times and the joyous occasions they had together.
