Delete items from lookup dropdown in SharePoint using PowerApps

If you have a SharePoint lookup field and after sometimes you decide to delete some of the lookup item from the actual list, you cannot simply delete items from the lookup list, simply because it deletes the values from existing records in your list. Instead we can use PowerApps to customize the SharePoint form and filter the items you don't want to show. Here is how you do it.
