Right, I've actually gotten time to get a sideproject together

Here's an abridged playthrough of all the games on Action 52 for the NES, infamous for being one of the worst games ever made.

My original intention was to do a full-fledged letsplay of this game, (savestates and all) just to prove that a bunch of these terrible games can be beaten. I was putting this off at first since this version of Action 52 was already covered by a bunch of people.... including some people I actually like (i.e. Silent Rob, The AVGN, Armake21, mikeyspikey800.... etc)..... but time and time again I was interested in the NES game's many technical problems that I decided to play through this game just to see how fucked up the games on Action 52 can get. Anyways, the original longplay was over 8 hours long, that seemed excessive so I condensed all the interesting parts of the footage into this video shown here

Hopefully the Sony Vegas actually rendered everything correctly this time.

In fact, the NES version of Action 52 is a VERY interesting subject for every single "Terrible games" article/rant/yourmother/whatever. You see, if you have taken the time to actually play through all these games on Action 52 for the NES, not only would you find examples of everything bad about videogames (glitches, bad gameplay, $200 initial price tag, borrowing sound processors from Sculptured Software without permission, etc), but you'll encounter technical problems that I've yet to see in any other videogame ever. Hell, I'm sure the developers were trying to INVENT glitches and technical problems in this game just to spite Active Enterprises..... and that would just tangent into a brief backstory about Active Enterprises and its sordid history.

Since the uploading process is going to take at least 7-8 hours it'll be plenty of time to type stuff about this video, but I'm sure the majority of you all just clicked on the video just to hear me scream like a maniac. I.... did just that at some point. (Turn to Billy Bob where I legitimately get upset at its terrible platforming)..... but I did stick to my original plan of playing through a majority of these games to completion..... or at least until the game crashes or I run into some insurmountable wall.

Mind you there will be savestates in this video.... given the glitchy nature and RNG of some of these games, savestates and emulators are highly recommended if you have any chance of playing the games to beat them.

There's a lot more interesting shit to say about this game, but Youtube is all like "your desciption is too long", limiting the text like this was twitter. Bitch, my DICK is too long
