A brasileira Ingrid Oliveira iniciou nesta sexta-feira, 20 de outubro, sua caminhada na busca por medalhas nos saltos ornamentais dos Jogos Pan-americanos Santiago 2023. Na fase preliminar da prova de plataforma de 10m individuais, ela terminou na 4ª posição, se classificando para a grande final, a ser disputada neste sábado, 21, a partir das 19h, com transmissão ao vivo do Canal Olímpico do Brasil (www.canalolimpicodobrasil.com.br). Outra brasileira que disputaria a plataforma de 10m, Giovanna Pedroso, sentiu um desconforto no aquecimento e ficou de fora dessa prova.

Ingrid – que tem o melhor resultado de um brasileiro nesta modalidade, o quarto lugar no Mundial de 2022 – terminou a prova com um total de 318,30 pontos. O fundamental, segundo ela, era estar entre as definições para a final deste sábado, e não a posição nas eliminatórias.

This Friday, October 20, Brazilian Ingrid Oliveira began her quest for medals in diving at the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games. In the preliminary phase of the individual 10m platform event, she finished in 4th position, qualifying for the grand final, to be played this Saturday, 21st, starting at 7pm, broadcast live on the Brazilian Olympic Channel (www.canalolimpicodobrasil.com.br). Another Brazilian who would compete in the 10m platform, Giovanna Pedroso, felt discomfort during the warm-up and was left out of this race.
