Who is at high risk?
🔹 Women with high BMI
🔹 Those with PCOD
🔹 History of diabetes in previous pregnancy
🔹 Family history or existing diabetes

👉 High-risk women should be screened immediately after conception.
👉 For low-risk pregnancies, diabetes screening is done at 24–28 weeks.
👉 In some cases, especially if the baby is gaining excess weight or has increased amniotic fluid, doctors may repeat the OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test) at 32–34 weeks.
