做葱油鸡虽然简单，但在做的过程中注意几个细节，才能做出香嫩好吃的葱油鸡。我用的是Costco一包五只的鸡腿，正好够吃一顿。

Ingredients:
5 Chicken drumsticks 鸡腿
5 Green onions 葱
Half Onion 洋葱
30g Ginger 姜
1 tbsp Cooking wine 料酒
1 tsp Salt 盐
1 cup Cooking oil 油
