1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons tandoori masala

1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (for color)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

Wash and cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and oil to make the marinade.

Cooking:
