Integrity is a foundational moral virtue and the bedrock upon which good character is built. Living your life with integrity means that you choose honesty, fairness and decency above all. Don Miguel Ruiz the author of the book ‘The Four Agreements’ says that the first agreement is to be ‘Impeccable with the Word’. That is to say you live your life with integrity and you never say or do anything which goes against the agreements you make with yourself and with others. In this video I will show you what happens when you break your agreements to yourself and what happens when you keep your word with others.
