I had my tailgater in storage in my motorhome and hooked it up to my wally and it would not find a signal. I took top off and watched when I press scan the dish would move a little one way and then back and say no signal, (dish should move most of the way around and back searching for signal). I removed cover of dish and found the spring loaded gear was sprung out of place(maybe it was dropped) I place the gear assembly back in place and works fine.
