5-star LB Lyndell 'Mack' Wilson announces his commitment to Alabama

Lyndell 'Mack' Wilson announced to the world where he will be playing college football today, and the 5-star linebacker teamed up with AL.com to create a very special announcement feature.

247Sports composite ranking: A five-star recruit, Wilson is ranked in the 247Sports composite as the No. 15 overall recruit, No. 2 outside linebacker and No. 2 recruit in Alabama.

How he fits into Alabama's plans: Wilson is a smart, athletic linebacker who played mostly outside for the Wolverines, but got moved to middle linebacker as a senior because teams were running away from him. Alabama likely sees Wilson as an outside linebacker early, but he's said that the coaches could play him at any linebacker spot.

Projection for 2016: Wilson is smart enough to where he can likely pick up college schemes, and he's physical enough to handle the grind. Alabama won't need Wilson to be a starter early, but he could see some rotation snaps to get his feet wet.
