PANIC is a mirror held up to our fractured moment in time. Through the eyes of evolved creatures navigating a world that feels both alien and familiar, we explore the thin membrane between protection and control, between legitimate warning and manufactured fear.
In this animated reality, truth itself has become unstable. We're all clutching the edge of something... maybe knowledge, maybe sanity, maybe just the hope that someone, somewhere, knows what's really happening. The creatures in this story aren't monsters; they're us, stripped of pretense, facing the question that haunts every era: Is this fear justified, or are we being played?
The comic-panel format reflects how we consume reality now... in fragments, snapshots, curated moments that may or may not connect to a larger truth. Each frame is a choice. What do we focus on? What do we ignore? What do we allow to bloom in the dark spaces between panels?
"Chants what the silence once held" speaks to the knowledge we've traded away, he uncomfortable truths we've agreed to forget in exchange for the illusion of safety. But paranoia and wisdom can look remarkably similar in the flickering light of screens and sirens.
