Hilton Concierge Max Taylor Embodies the Spirit of Hospitality

Say hello to Max Taylor, a concierge at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre – an incredible embodiment of the spirit of hospitality at Hilton.

Max’s commitment to making each guest feel special goes above and beyond. A dedicated Team Member for 18 years, his ability to develop relationships with guests and Team Members is legendary. He believes it’s the little things that make The Stay – that’s why he writes customized notes to guests (by hand!) when they visit the hotel.

Max is a member of one of five generations working and learning together at Hilton. Throughout September, we’re celebrating the benefits of intergenerational relationships and the importance of closing generational gaps – our culture is only stronger for the unique experiences and perspectives our Team Members bring to the workplace.
