I've had my fair share of imitation meats, but never fish (crab, a crustacean, doesn't count) so when I saw vegan fish at my Asian market I knew I had to try it. They also had vegetarian eel prepared in the style of Japanese roasted eel -- unagi -- one of my FAVORITE dishes, so I picked that up as well.
