Story time. One day I went to the shooting range, shot their MP5 (made in Afghanistan iirc) for like 5 minutes, when out of sudden it stopped working. It turned out that somehow, right under the sheer pack there were 2 live rounds, just casually blocking the trigger like it was regular Tuesday for them.

This situation inspired me to roughly recreate it in first person.
