HORIZON — led by composer Lee Bradshaw and featuring the final studio recordings of Noiseworks guitarist Stuart Fraser — is a powerful new album created with some of Australia’s finest musicians: Brett Garsed, Angus Burchall, and Rich Panaia.

About HORIZON

Horizon is a long-gestating studio project led by composer and singer-songwriter Lee Bradshaw, bringing together some of Australia’s finest musicians. Over two decades in the making, the project features the final studio recordings of the late Stuart Fraser (Noiseworks) and includes renowned talents like Brett Garsed (John Farnham), Angus Burchall (John Farnham, The Black Sorrows), and Rich Panaia (Christine Anu).

Born out of early sessions under the name Sable Ash in the late 1990s, Horizon truly took shape in 2009 when Bradshaw and Panaia travelled to Melbourne to collaborate with Fraser and Burchall. That session sparked a powerful musical bond that would carry through a series of emotive and energetic recordings, later enhanced by Garsed’s virtuoso guitar work.

Although the album was completed in 2017, its release was postponed following Stuart Fraser’s declining health and eventual passing in 2019. Now, with the blessing of Fraser’s family, the Horizon album is set for release in 2025 as a tribute to his extraordinary career and contribution to Australian music. Horizon is a celebration of musicianship, friendship and creative perseverance - a timeless collection that reflects the spirit and talent of the people who made it. The album will be released on limited edition CD and vinyl on Friday 16th May and is available to pre-order now. A companion documentary is also in development.
