During our holiday in France some friends came over.

One of them (Hans) woke up early and caught me DXing
on 40m in morning during and shortly after sunrise.

What I didn't knew initially, was that he had one of his
cameras running to observe me practicing this 'peculiar hobby'.
Hans had no experience with HAM radio whatsoever.

I tried to explain him that DXing is similar to 'fishing with radiowaves' in conjunction with radio technology and
propagation.

After breakfast he asked me to explain something about the
(homebrew) equipment and the holiday station setup.

"Don't give it up, don't have to, got to do what you wanna do.."
