uses ::- listen per level for one week for 15 minutes with water and trust.
step -1 •• chouse a wall 🧱 where you go less. now make a mark on the wall. draw the mark at 5'10 height from the ground

step ~2 •• in a dark room put headphones and listen the subliminal now while listening imagine your self looking at the mark straight in imagination look at your long legs that thouching the ground feel the ground & imagine looking at that mark straight ""not look up ""
look the mark straight in imagination
do it for 15 minutes. play that subliminal in loop
do this for 1 week with subliminal

subliminal will work 10x better when you imagine while listening

important points*•••
never look at 3d. don't look at that mark in real life. when you see someone taller than you just remember 3d is. cosmic joke & you are the creator
don't give power to lack

do this with all 7 levels .
