You will need:
►Bowl
►Measuring Spoons
►Whisk
►Baking Powder
►Garlic Powder
►Onion Powder
►Thyme
►Oregano
►Cumin
►Salt
►Pepper
►Cayenne Powder


Method:

1) In a bowl combine:
2) 1x tablespoon baking powder
3) 1x teaspoon paprika
4) 1x teaspoon garlic powder
5) 1/2x teaspoon thyme
6) 1/2x teaspoon oregano
7) 1x heaped teaspoon of Cayenne Chilli Powder - to taste!
8) Salt & Pepper
9) Combine ingredients with whisk
10) Add to raw wings
11) Using hand combine so wings fully coated
12) Place wings on baking paper on oven tray
13) In oven for 30 minutes at 180c/350f
14) Pull out, let cool slightly, enjoy!
