"The keyboard sounds that open "Night Train" took a moment to get used to but with the female backing voices and horn section as well as the arrangement and dub with extended drum solo make this a fascinating, powerful New Romantic/Pop song. What's interesting about the music video is it really only showcases the two backing singers and horn section along with Steve Strange. It basically ignores any "band" member like the bassist, guitarist, keyboardist and drummer. It's interesting how Midge, Billy, Dave and Rusty and the others are nowhere to be found in the video. It's definitely a showcase for STEVE.

After finding an HD version of the music video as well as the dance and dub versions of the song, I was inspired to combine the two mixes into one, calling it the "Matisse Mix" and taking creative license with the music video in editing, I crafted a great "Myleslandia Sound + Vision Mix".
