Описание к видео Gas is Rising from the Ground at a Portland Volcano; Why I am Not Concerned

Gas was spotted rising from the ground alongside boiling water on the peak of a Portland Oregon volcanic cone. The peak in question is part of the Boring volcanic field, which has itself not erupted in 57,000 years. So, why am I not concerned by this report? The answer is that a more plausible explanation presents itself than an unexpected volcanic gas release.
