This is episode 0, in which I design and build the US navy. Battleships, Battlecruisers, Heavy Cruisers, two types of Light Cruisers, a Torpedo Boat (that is primarily a cheap minesweeper/sub hunter), and a Destroyer that won't actually be built because the money ran out...
