Anushila Guha, Senior IT Manager at Unilever, will discuss the growing necessity of predictive multimodal visibility within a global organization.
Implementing comprehensive real-time shipment tracking and predictive insights across several modes and continents has provided Unilever with the visibility necessary to streamline internal communication,improve customer service, and reduce operational overhead.
Leveraging robust integration between FourKites and Oracle OTM, shipment and stop detail information is passed seamlessly into the tracking platform and returns critical event updates back to the TMS environment. Craig Fiander of FourKites will join to share project and company background.

Anushila is a Senior IT Manager with Supply Chain Platform at Unilever. In her current role, she leads DevOps for Europe in Transportation Management. She joined Unilever in 2013 as a management trainee under its Unilever Future Leadership Programme. Over the past 6 years, she has managed delivery of large-scale system innovation in transportation domain, for Europe and Latin America, including OTM implementation for Unilever’s European secondary network. Additionally, she has also led infrastructure management for the global OTM landscape at Unilever. Anushila holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from NIT Surat and MBA in Information Management from SPJIMR, Mumbai.

Craig leads FourKites’ global partner and alliances strategy as Senior Vice President, Global Business Development. Leveraging his 25 years in the transportation and logistics industry, he helps drive adoption to make the FourKites platform the industry standard for predictive supply chain visibility and analytics. Craig is a member of the senior leadership team and is also responsible for numerous strategic shipper, carrier and 3PL customer relationships. Craig was previously Vice President, Strategic Alliances at ALK Technologies, a Trimble Company and developers of PC*MILER. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Certificate in Political Economy from Princeton University.
