𝗦. 𝗡𝗼. 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗤𝘁𝘆.
1. Mashed Potato 2 tbsp.
2. Chopped yellow capsicum 2 tbsp
4. Chopped red capsicum 1 tbsp
5. Chopped green capsicum 1 tbsp
6. Maida ½ cup
7. Corn flour 1/3 cup
8. Salt As required
9. Black pepper 1 tsp
10. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
11. Oregano 1 tsp
12. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
13. Foodcoast Schezwan Sauce 20g
14. Corn flour 1/3 cup
15. Water 50ml
16. Cornflour coated noodles 1 plate
17. Olive oil For deep fry
18. Foodcoast Honey Chilli Sauce 30g

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 ----

1. Take a bowl. Add mashed potatoes, chopped yellow capsicum, chopped red capsicum, chopped green capsicum, maida, cornflour, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, oregano, chopped coriander, Foodcoast Schezwan Sauce and mix it well.
2. Now take cornflour in a bowl. Make a batter by adding water.
3. Take a small amount of prepared potato mixture and roll it. Dip it into the batter and cover it with the coated noodles then press it between your palms.
4. Now take a pan. Add olive oil. When the oil is hot deep fry the rolls till they turn golden brown.
5. Now serve on serving plate and sprinkle some chopped coriand.
