भक्त जिसने शिव को चढ़ाया मांस | Story of Kannappa Nayanar | Moral Kahaniya | Hindi Moral Story

This is the story of Bhakta Kannapa, who was a hunter and devotee of Lord Shiva.Being a hunter, Kannappa did not know how to properly worship Lord Siva. It is said that he poured water from his mouth on the Siva lingam which he brought from the nearby river Swarnamukhi. Kannappa also offered Lord Shiva whatever animal he hunted.
When Kannappa saw the eyes of the Siva linga that he worshipped bleeding, he plucked out his eye and offered it to the Lord. Kannappa was prepared to offer the other eye too, but was stopped by the Lord, who had only intended to show the world the greatness of Kannappa Nayanar.
