Laura and I were working down in North Devon the day before this epic run, and as we were in the area I reallyt fancied having a bash at the world famous Woolacombe Dunes parkrun.

As a landlocked midlanderI've never really ran on sand, which got me thinking, is it really as hard as everyone says it is?

Didn't help that because of Jubilee weekend I couldn't pick up my much needed Asthma medication, so apologies for the heavy breathing!
