365 Days of SkyE are short contemplations I have written since 2013, many of which have appeared in FreeYogaTV classes. Day 2: "Do what you fear. If you're not afraid, you're probably not doing it right, or it's already been done." Most came when I was chatting with a loved one or a student. They would ask, “What did you just say? I want to write that down so I can think about it later,” and we would both write it down. I, mostly joking, would say that if I ever collected 365 quotable moments, then I would put them together in a year-long contemplation book. Well, all these years later, I've collected over 350, and I figure the last 15 will come up during filming. As I put them all together, I'll share the finale at the end of this year. If they show up at the end of any yoga class on FreeYogaTV and I can find them in our hundreds of videos, I will link them.
