The rundown on the MX Master assignments:
Thumb Button - Delete
Scroll Wheel Button - Cmd-J
Square Button - Option-Del
Left - Down
Right - Up

Keyboard Shortcuts:
1 - zoom out
2 - zoom in
3 - full timeline
4 - rewind
5 - stop
6 - fast forward
D - 1 frame left
F - 1 frame right
E - in point
R - out point
Z - insert
Cmd R - Scale To Frame Size
