The whole hospitality sector has been affected by various things including the pandemic, the cost of living, and the recruitment of staff, however, the risks of workplace violence have always been present, especially within the night-time economy.

This short video is just as we always say a conversation starter as we know telling companies what to do can push them further away from the risk or worse cut corners on certain key areas designed to keep staff safe while engaging with customers, guests, or visitors.

Levels of risk within the hospitality sector do often change and also at times have certain key risks that are brought to the media's attention, however soon fade as other stories take priority.
