Sandy Daza continues his Bangkok food adventures starting with Phukej in Chinatown for traditional southern Thai dishes inspired by the coastal cuisine of Phuket followed by the very hip Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok and savors the tasting menu of Taan Restaurant.

Bangkok's quality dining is available all-day at King Power Ringnam, a mecca of comfort food favorites called Thai Taste Hub but some of the most sought-after meals are available for a limited time in the day-- the heirloom pork stew recipes at Kha Mu Charoensaeng Silom in the morning and the iconic steamed seafood and glass noodles at Somsak Pu Ob served from 4:00PM until the evening.

The next day, Sandy discovers Mia Bangkok, a Michelin Star restaurant owned by Thai Chef Top Russell and his Malaysian wife, Chef Michelle Goh, the youngest female Malaysian chef with a Michelin-starred restaurant. Krua Apsorn, an old classic that prepares a wide array of traditional Thai dishes that even the royal family loves!

Finally, Sandy visits Le Du, a Michelin-starred restaurant owned by Chef Tonn Tassanakajohn who champions seasonal Thai ingredients by offering seasonal tasting menus, making each dining experience unique.
