Jewett Machine has a long history of building special machinery to customer specifications. Parts are manufactured and inspected for quality in Jewett's machine shop, commercial items are purchased, the machine is assembled by highly qualified assembly technicians, plumbed, and wired and tested on Jewett's floor. If a customer's needs require design of special machinery, our sister company, Jewett Automation, can address customer requirements.

Jewett has strong 2 axis as well as 4 axis CNC turning and live tool capability. Precision turned parts are a specialty in a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and plastics. Jewett performs both low volume and high volume CNC turning.

Jewett Machine employs Swiss type automatic screw machines from Citizen and Tsugami with capacities up to 32mm. All machines are equipped with magazine bar loaders for high productivity and continuous operation.
