Ingredients:

For Kheer(Filing):
----------------------------
Sugar-100 gm
Milk- 1 litre
Cashew & Raisin- 10 to 12(Soaked in water)
Desiccated Coconut- 2 table spoon(Alternatively freshly grated coconut can also be used)

For Batter(Outer Covering):
-------------------------------------------
Semolina/Sooji-200 gms
Refined flour/Maida-200 gms
Castor sugar- 150 gms
Water as required.

For frying we have used ghee,you can also use any sort of refined oil.
