In this video Raymond shows us how to make assist hooks, which are used with jigs and lures when fishing.

First, Raymond makes an assist hook using Kevlar cord, which is best used when targeting fish without sharp teeth (i.e. amberjacks, yellowtail, bluefin tuna, etc.).

Next, Raymond makes an assist hook using steel wire, which is highly recommended when fishing for toothy fish such as dogtooth tuna and wahoo.
