Freshwater fisherman tries saltwater - Fishing Vlog

My family decided to take a beach trip, and of course my dad and I decided to fish. Or try to. The conditions were not in our favor and the wind kept blowing our rigs, even after switching to heavier pyramid weights, the waves and weeds got in the way. We decided to go to a different area and try using my dad's new cast net, and both of us needed to practice. Bad. I stopped wearing the GoPro on my head because it was giving me a headache and I got so caught up in learning the cast net I forgot to put it back on my head for a while.
After we gave the beach another shot and moved to a pier, got sabotaged by the wind weed combo and moved one more time. This was THE spot and we finally had some luck. We finally got some fishies but just as we figured out where the good ones were we ran out of time, and the pier closed. We both got close but underestimated the strength of saltwater fishes and were too beat afterwards to realize how we could have caught more, but that'll just mean next time I go those fishes better watch themselves.
