The Autobot Prowl in the Transformers Animated Universe was far different from the tactician Prowl from Generation One. He was a student of martial arts, enjoyed meditating, and was fascinated with the abundance of organic life on Earth. The toys matched the style of animation used in the show, so Prowl was redesigned for the Legacy Evolution line to be more in line with the “realistic” figures. However, he is still similar, and Captain Kyle examines both the original and the updated version to help you decide which is better.
