Ingredients:
- Lamb/chicken meat (minced) 2 lbs
- Dried Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Dried parsley 1/2 tsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Lemon/lime juice 1 whole/1 tbsp
- Cayenne pepper powder 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
- Smoke paprika 1/4 tsp
- Ground black pepper 1 tsp
- Onion powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1tsp or to taste
- Minced garlic 1&1/2 tbsp or 2tsp powder
- Onion (chopped) 1 no.
- Breadcrumbs 1/2cup
- Olive oil/butter 2tbsp or asneeded

White Sauce
- Mayonnaise 1/2cup
- Greek yogurt/sour cream 1/3cup
- White vinegar 1/2tbsp
- Lemon/lime juice 1tsp
- Dried parsley 1tsp
- GroundBlack pepper 1/2tsp
- Salt 1/2tsp
- Powdered sugar (optional) 1/2tsp
- Water (as needed)

Red/Hot Sauce
- Red Jalapeno or hot pepper 1no.
- Kashmiri red chillies 8-10
- Tomato 1(medium,chopped)
- Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Granulated onion 1/2tsp
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Salt 1/2tsp or totaste
- Black salt 1/4tsp
- Powdered sugar 1tsp
- Vinegar 1tbsp
- Lime juice 1tsp
- Garlic 5-6 cloves(minced)
- Avacado oil 2tbsp
- Water as needed

Yellow Basmati Rice:
- Basmati rice 2cups (washed,soaked)
- Ghee/butter 2tbsp
- Onion (chopped) 1medium
- Garlic (minced) 1tbsp
- Cloves 4nos.
- Green cardamom 4 pods(opened)
- Salt to taste (because chicken powder has salt ingredient)
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Chicken powder/cube 2tsp or 1(cube)
- Yellow food color a pinch or saffron strands
- Boiling water 2&1/2cups
- Turmeric (optional)

Assembling
* Yellow flavored rice
* Lamb grilled meat
* Lettuce
* Prepared salad: chickpeas,tomatoes,olives,cucumber
* White sauce
* Red hot sauce
