Quarantine should be individually or it can be in a group if the same family members who were together before going for quarantine.

Think as if you are positive and behave
Precautions during quarantine
Nothing to be send out, even utensils,
Wash your own cloths, dishes, clean you room, housekeeping.
Sanitise common places

Quarantine Problems

Psychological Problems - Sleeplessness, lack of concentration, anxiety, depression. My friend who came from Maldives was telling me that he was having severe mental stress and was behaving abnormally. The place he was staying did not have any openings where can at least get some direct sunlight.
Institutional Quarantine - Possibility to get infected during quarantine if common toilet, food served, lack of space and more.

Can we get rid of quarantine?
Yes suspected cases to the tested immediately and isolated and treated if positive.
More testing facility, faster results.
Cost of the test
More clarity on incubation and factors that could give a false negative.

Future of quarantine
It would be practical to quarantine every now and then. I could have been tested as soon as I arrive and if positive, get treated or can move if negative.
