dark souls 3 is technically the fourth game in a line of games that started from demon souls. The game is set in a depressing world that in itself is beautiful driven by the story. In dark souls 3 your purpose is to rekindle the first flame, which involves you hunting down the rest of the original kindles. The story in dark souls 3 is a bit different from before because you are now unkindled instead of hollow. It seems like the curse has been completely taken out but I've not spent enough time in dark souls 3 yet to tell. Dark souls 3 gameplay is seemless, the mechanics are a little faster than before but ultimately it's the same comb
