How to make your own hand tied hair extension

Please read Discription, Its not as long as it looks.

Most video tutorials on making hair extensions are pretty much how to sew a clip on a string of hair.. but what if by accident you bought bulk hair instead? or you wanted to make an extension out of hair you recently had cut off? (I often see questions on yahoo answers about this) Its actually cheaper to make your own hair extensions and the quality of the extensions always turns out good when its hand tied so its not really something you would have to worry about and you can make the extensions how thick or thin you may want.

Bulk hair is a lot cheaper because its not on a weft and putting it on a weft is this easy. you can buy bulk hair in any beauty store for just under 2$ and you get much more then you would buying it already tied, you also get a better selection of colors like blue, green, pink, purple, red, ext. when you buy bulk. Clips were $1.99 at sallybeauty.com but I believe the price went up to $2.14, they come in a pack of 3 (I hear that some beauty stores sell them in bags of 30 for $20) The wefting string I also got at sallybeauty.com for 99c and one thing of string goes a very long way. I used nail line glue in super glue brand, Nail glues are best when sealing the ends and you can find them at any dollar store sometimes in packs of 2! And for the Vaseline you can also buy at a dollar store, brand doesn't matter because Vaseline is Vaseline lol. So all in all I spent about 7 to 8 dollars on making my own hair extension with lots of extra materials left over to make more or even make a full extension for myself.
