We joined a tea master on a regular morning breakfast shift to see how he creates different types of traditional milk tea enjoyed by people all across Myanmar. Whether it is “cho seint” (sweet mild) “pawt seint” (light mild) or “pone mhan”(normal) each step is taken with care and precision to ensure the perfect cup of milk tea.
