Installing a Renogy DC to DC Battery Charger

The Renogy DC to DC battery charger is quite the sophisticated piece of electronics. It maximizes the output of the solar array using an MPPT type solar controller then combines this with the output of the RV, camper van or boat engine alternator to charge the house batteries. You can choose either the 50 amp or 30 amp version, and it provides the correct 3 stage charging profile for any battery type, whether Sealed, AGM, GEL, Flooded, or Lithium batteries. It also isolates the starter battery from the house batteries, and will trickle charge the house batteries when they are fully charged.
