In Satsang 2 of the Hyderabad Retreat, Sri M, expands on 'Yama and Niyamas' and gives a practical and humorous approach to practicing 'Ahimsa' in daily life. He compares how "Aum" is described in the Mandukya as against the traditional description. Highlighting the major difference between the waking state and dream state, he explains how to go beyond and experience the state of Turiya.
Switching to the Ishavasya Upanishad, he speaks about how 'movement' is the intrinsic quality of creation. He then moves on to dangers of the 'Vibhuti Pada', where special faculties are available to the advanced Yogi.
He ends the satsang by summing up the process of Kriya, how it works and the what can be hoped to be achieved by the Kriya practitioner.
