Here is a list of the ingredients with measurements

NOTE: For best results, marinate the Jerk Chicken overnight. If you don't have the time then try leave it for at least 1 hour to marinate. The longer you marinate the greater the flava!

Remember, you will need a blender! ALSO, I highly recommend Walkerswood or Dunn's River brands for the jerk seasoning.

Jerk Chicken Taco's ingredients: (FEEDS UP TO 4)

CHICKEN:
3 large chicken breasts or 4-5 medium sized chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
½ tbsp of garlic granules
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp gravy browning
2 tsp of jerk marinade
½ cup of water (100ml) to add when chicken is cooked

BIRRIA TACO SAUCE:
1 ½ pointed red pepper
5 small chillies (add amount to your preference)
1 large white onion
½ cup of hot water (100ml)

1 tsp all purpose seasoning
pinch of black pepper
5 pimento seeds
2 chicken stock cubes (Crushed)

feel free to add salt to taste

TACO (Tortilla):
Mini Tortilla's

OPTIONAL FILLINGS:
mozzarella cheese
plantain
Red onions
Avocado
