Скачать или смотреть UMVC3 - SPIDER-MAN SOLO TOD COMBO! (NO X-FACTOR/NO COUNTER HIT/NO UWT RESET)

My dream finally came through... SPIDER-MAN CAN TOD WITH A SOLO COMBO ON UMVC3 (ULTIMATE MARVEL VS CAPCOM 3)!

What you're seeing in this combo is what I like to call the "Web Ball Glitch", where you hit the opponent with Web Ball and then hit the Web Glide in the perfect moment to cause the combo to reset the hitstun and the damage, but the combo itself doesn't drop!

I found this Web Ball Glitch in the channel of Xero18 (   / @xero18  )
If you don't know, this Spider-Man player used to make content for Spider-Man in UMVC3 back in the early days of MVC3/UMVC3 and he was the one
I watched to learn Spider-Man in general!

I learned so much from him and I can easily say that my Spider-Man is heavily inspired on his! Many of the combos/mix ups/strategies that I use were either learned from him or I developed having his ideas as inspiration!

Last year 2025, I went back to his channel to see if he was still active and I found 4 videos where he shows this "Web Ball Glitch"...

   • UMvC3 Spidey HSD Reset Off Throws  

I took these videos as inspiration to find other routes for the Web Ball Glitch since in these videos he doesn't show Spider-Man Solo TODing Thor...
The route I present in this video does more damage and was more consistent to me (landing the Web Glide on the perfect moment is very hard, so having a combo that makes the timing easier is crucial)

I'll keep labbing to see if I can find other routes that are more consistent/easier to execute and that deal even more damage to possibly TOD out of a cr.L starter, to TOD midscreen, possibly TOD out of Web Swing starter as well... We'll see what I can find, but for now, I wanted to share this one cause Spider-Man TODing in UMVC3 is a dream come through for me!

Btw, I know there's an Spider-Man Infinite where you keep doing L M H L Web Ball that can be avoided in case the opponent holds back (   • UMVC3: Spiderman Infinite? (DOESN'T WORK -...  , but this Glitch here is a different one...

Xero18 himself said in the comment section of one of those 4 videos that this Glitch works differently and that he was able to pull it off online a couple of times, so it should definitely work!
I also set the CPU to be on "Auto Guard", meaning it should block a hit in case the combo drops so... Yeah, it should work!
