Hollywood Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (part 1)

My first stop along the Pacific Coast was at Hollywood Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I was able to receive some wisdom from owner and head black belt, Sean Patrick Flanery. Check out our interview, where he discusses his martial arts background and discusses the growth of the sport. The end includes some techniques taught by Sean, where he discusses the benefits to improving the fundamentals of the jiu jitsu game and altering your mental approach to positions.
