As soon as the weekend arrives, my kids start demanding this Rajma Curry with rice, and I am sure your family will love it too.
Ingredients:
For boiling Rajma :
1. 1 kg Rajma
2. 1 tejpatta
3. Salt to taste
4. Oil
For Tadka
1. 400 gm onions
2. 550 to 600 gms Tomatoes pureed with 10 to 15 gms dhaniya stems and 2 to 3 green chillies
3. Ginger Garlic paste 4 to 5 tbspn
4. Jeera 2 tspn
5. Salt to taste
6. Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tspn
7. Haldi 1/2 tspn
8. Dhaniya jeera powder 2 tspn
9. Kasuri methi 1 tspn
10. Garam Masala 1 tspn
11. Dhaniya
12. Butter 50 gms
13. Oil
