It’s an interesting and bittersweet time to be alive politically because we get a front-row seat to see whether the Framers’ governmental structure/experiment will maintain or fall under its own weight.

The “Bronzer-in-Chief” has clearly defied SCOTUS’ orders in addition to his administration’s DoJ’s willingness to defy the orders of Federal District Judges, who have both simply instructed the adherence to codified law. Some see this as a blatant and concerted effort to undermine the authority of the judicial branch, which challenges the very foundation of the Constitution and law.

Judges nationwide, all the way to the Supreme Court (from my perspective) have had enough of this recalcitrance from this Executive, and they are fighting back from both parties.
