Debriefing Session With PEARLS/ The Promoting Excellence and Reflective Learning in Simulation (PEARLS) methodology has rapidly gained attention and momentum among simulationists. The PEARLS method concentrates on the self-assessment of the learner, focussing the discussion to accomplish objectives, and providing directive feedback by utilizing scripted language.
