Today Cabview Holland fell in love with the peat railway in Erica. Not only because this railroad is still at its original location .. you can eat poffertjes here! ;-) The fantastic team of volunteers, old and young, keep this historic location in full glory. Among the collection of 100 engines, some have never left this site since the founding of the peat factory in 1910. If you visit the Netherlands, don't just stay in Amsterdam, but come to this more than 3 kilometer long railway line! Children can learn how to drive a real locomotive here and get their train driver's diploma! How wonderful is that? Especially for Cabview Holland, engine 11 is being pulled out of the original engine shed from 1910. This is a Diema DS28 from 1962, on a 900mm track. Check the site: https://www.smalspoorcentrum.nl. Vandaag is Cabview Holland verliefd geworden op de turfspoorbaan in Erica. Niet alleen omdat deze spoorbaan zich nog op de oorspronkelijke locatie bevindt.. je kunt hier poffertjes eten! ;-) De fantastische vrijwilligers, oud èn jong, houden deze historische locatie in volle glorie. Onder de collectie van 100 locs, zijn er enkele die dit terrein, sinds de oprichting van de turffabriek in 1910, nooit hebben verlaten. Als je Nederland bezoekt, blijf dan niet alleen in Amsterdam, maar kom naar deze ruim 3 kilometer lange spoorlijn! Kinderen kunnen hier zelf een echte locomotief leren besturen en hun machinistendiploma halen! Hoe geweldig is dat? Speciaal voor Cabview Holland wordt loc 11 uit de originele loods uit 1910 gehaald.
