Excellent work, Comrade. Now that the Premier is finalizing the treaty with Dugan leading the United States under our supervision in Havana, the US will no longer be an obstacle for us, which is fortunate, considering Yuri's bastardization of the SSA has all been uprooted by the Americans, and as long as he's on the loose, he is our highest priority. The war in Europe has stalemated, the Allies still resist, and General Carville has fled, most likely to Alaska to continue the fight. Most troublesome is that the Chronosphere, for the first time since the Ural incident, has become operational again, albeit to a much lesser extent. We suspect they aren't capable of bringing it back to full power yet, but we must be careful.

Dr. Zelinsky has already utilized Demitri's work, notably a magnetic satellite network based on our recovered data. The Allied Chronosphere relies on Earth's magnetic field for long-distance warps; orbital magnetic manipulation would cause extreme displacement and render precise warping impossible. We have recently received General Argo's intel that an Allied base in the Virgin Islands has developed a powerful new device, capable of manipulating weather patterns, meteorological abnormalities, and interferences that have cut off contact with our forces around the Caribbean Islands, sinking convoys, and other military cargo. Should this weapon descend from the skies, we might never see the light of day again. Argo is an outspoken critic of our war, but he's in charge here. Follow his orders; you're on your own.
