In Tally ERP 9 Accounting Software, in some cases we would found some Cheque Leafs under Not in Range which are pertaining to a particular Cheque Range in Cheque Range Register. Tally supports the users to automatically transfers the cheque leafs to the corresponding Cheque Ranges form Not in Range category.

To do so in Tally.ERP 9 open the Cheque Register and select a Bank from the list of Banks. If you find the Not in Range record just click that one

When you open Instrument wise report in Button Area you can find Refresh Range button just click that one. all the Cheques will adjusted with the corresponding Cheque Ranges.

And this is how to transfer Not in Range to Defined Cheque Ranges in Tally.ERP 9
